How to Break a Bad Habit, and How I Did It

The most effective way to break a bad habit is to remove the cue which triggers your habit.

Easier said than done. In my case, I wanted to stop the mindless scrolling through social feeds I used to in the morning just after getting up.
To get rid of this habit, I had to first think about what cues triggered me to pick up my phone
